Second, the construction plan, method

9. When pulling the anchor cable, no one is allowed under the jack to prevent the jack from falling and hurting people.

10. If the construction needs to cross the belt, the pedestrian must cross the bridge. It is strictly forbidden for personnel to climb over the bridge.

11. During the operation of the belt, it is strictly forbidden for the personnel to enter the inner side of the belt or to start the bottom under the belt. During the construction process, the personnel should maintain a certain safe distance from the belt to prevent the large coal gang from rolling down and injuring people.

26. 33. The blasting operation shall be carried out by a full-time blaster, and the “one gun and three inspections” and “three-person chain shooting system” shall be strictly implemented. 34. The blaster must separately store the explosives and electric detonators in a special explosive material box and lock them; it is strictly forbidden to throw or throw them. The explosive material box must be placed in the top plate intact and fully supported, avoiding the location where the machinery and electrical equipment are not wet. The explosive material box must be placed in a safe place outside the warning line during blasting.

35. The firing of the gunner must be carried out in the vicinity of the blasting work site where the roof is intact, the support is complete, and the electrical equipment and electrical conductors are avoided. It is strictly forbidden to sit on the explosive material box and assemble the explosive charge. The number of assembled explosive charges is limited to the amount required at the time. The remaining detonators and explosives must be returned to the explosives store for management.
