The PGS "A" (Aluminum) Series of grills are built to last and perform. Crafted from a mix of durable permanent mold aluminum, commercial-grade stainless steel, brass, and porcelain-coated steel components, these grills offer both durability and an attractive appearance. The A-Series is the result of over 40 years of experience in outdoor cooking, designed to deliver top-notch performance for all your grilling needs. The A-Series comes in two sizes—the A-30 and A-40—each offering a wide range of mounting options and accessories. Whether you prefer a permanent installation or a mobile setup, these grills can be used with either natural gas or liquid propane, giving you flexibility based on your lifestyle and location. Designed for outdoor use, the A-Series grills must never be operated indoors. Gas appliances produce carbon monoxide, which can be dangerous if not properly ventilated. Never use your A-Series grill inside your home, garage, RV, boat, or any enclosed space. When setting up your grill, make sure it's at least 30 inches away from any flammable materials and placed in an area with low foot traffic. This helps prevent accidents and ensures safe operation during use. Before lighting your grill, always check the gas hose for damage. If there’s excessive wear, cuts, or leaks, replace the hose before using the grill. Open the lid fully before lighting to prevent gas buildup, which could lead to flare-ups. Once lit, check that the flames are even and appropriate. It's a good idea to watch the grill for two minutes after lighting to catch any small leaks or spider fires early. Remember to lightly oil the cooking grids before each use to keep them in top condition and prevent sticking. You can clean your stainless steel grids with a brass wire brush, but always rinse them thoroughly before using again. Never place cooking grids, rock grates, or rocks in self-cleaning ovens. At AEI, we prioritize your safety and enjoyment. Natural gas and propane are both safe when used correctly. Never use natural gas in a propane-only grill or vice versa. Also, never connect an unregulated propane cylinder or natural gas line to your grill, as this can be extremely dangerous. If your grill valves are accidentally left on, and you open the tank valve, the excess flow device will shut off the gas. In that case, turn the grill valves OFF, then the tank valve. Wait two minutes, then open the tank valve first before turning the grill back on. Always follow this order to avoid gas buildup and potential hazards. Want more information? Have a question?
