The outstanding performance of Zhonglian "LTUH90B paver" came out
With the continuous advancement in road construction technology, the performance requirements for asphalt pavers have become increasingly stringent. To meet growing market demands, Zoomlion Road Machinery Branch has undertaken a comprehensive technical upgrade on the original LTUH90 model, successfully developing the new LTUH90B hydraulic telescopic screed paver. After rigorous load testing and performance evaluation, the new paver has fully met all design specifications and now stands at the forefront of domestic technology.
Compared to its predecessor, the LTUH90B offers several significant improvements:
First, the telescopic width has been significantly increased. The single-side hydraulic expansion range has been extended from 1.25 meters to 1.50 meters, allowing the total expansion range to go from 3–5.5 meters to 3–6 meters, thereby enhancing adaptability to different project sizes.
Second, the overall rigidity of the machine has been improved. With the telescopic width expanded to 6 meters, the rigidity of both the telescopic seat and frame has been enhanced, resulting in better structural stability. This ensures superior flatness and compaction quality of the paved layer.
Third, the hammer mechanism has been optimized. Each hammer plate is now driven by an individual drive shaft, reducing the force applied and ensuring more uniform and stable operation. The traditional belt drive system has been replaced with a direct hydraulic motor drive, making the structure more compact and easier to maintain.
Fourth, the vibration effect has been enhanced. Each screed box is equipped with its own vibrator, similar to the tamper mechanism, which results in more even vibration force and a better leveling effect.
Fifth, the height adjustment of the telescopic screed box is more convenient and intuitive, improving user experience during operation.
Sixth, the assembly process has been made faster. By reducing the number of bolts and enabling accurate positioning between the two screed sections, the field assembly becomes less labor-intensive and achieves a more efficient setup.
Lastly, the heating system has been upgraded. The number of combustion chambers has increased from 6 to 8, with each screed box equipped with its own combustion unit. This ensures more uniform and rapid heating, improving overall performance and efficiency.
These enhancements make the LTUH90B a more versatile, efficient, and reliable asphalt paver, well-suited for modern road construction projects.
