The configuration of rock drilling equipment should meet the following requirements:
1. Shallow hole rock drilling equipment should be used for blasthole depth less than 4m ; medium and deep hole rock drilling equipment should be used for blasthole depth of 4m ~ 20m ; deep hole rock drilling equipment should be used for blasthole depth greater than 20m ;
2. The stope with shallow hole and medium-deep hole rock drilling should be equipped separately according to the number of production stopries; the stope with deep hole rock drilling should be equipped according to the stage level or mining area;
3. The configuration of the rock drilling equipment should be calculated according to the tunneling volume and the tunneling speed in the normal production period, and the rock drilling equipment should be equipped.
4. Large-diameter deep-hole rock drilling should be used when conditions are met . The hole diameter should be 110mm~200mm , and the slope of the borehole should be controlled below 1% .
The selection of blasting equipment should meet the following requirements:
1. Fire detonators, fuses and ammonium ladder explosives should not be used for downhole blasting;
2. When there is water in the blasthole, choose a blasting equipment with good water resistance;
3. Heat-resistant blasting equipment should be selected for high-temperature blasting operations.
