According to reports, Sibao Technology has overcome the technical difficulties of blending and co-vulcanizing silicone rubber with petroleum-based synthetic rubber, and successfully prepared sample tires using silicone rubber for treads. The company said that this tire is the world's first. Wang Baozhi, chairman of Silicon Bao Technology, said that the silicone rubber tires' resistance to slippery, low-temperature, abrasion and other properties are significantly better than traditional tires. Its follow-up research work has been listed in the “13th Five-Year Plan†national key R&D project. Silicon Bao Technology is located in Chengdu, Sichuan Province and mainly engages in research, development, production and sales of silicone room temperature adhesives, silanes and special equipment.
