Test of combined process of two-stage magnetic separation-spiral chute of pyrite cinder

The pyrite cinder (dry mine) is sieved through a 100 mesh sieve, and the sieved product is ground in a rod mill for 5 min, the grinding concentration is C=70%, stirred for 5-8 minutes, and then subjected to two-stage magnetic separation. The magnetic field strength is 2500 ohms and 3000 ohms respectively. A section of magnetic separation concentrate and two-stage magnetic separation concentrate are combined into the final concentrate. The second-stage magnetic separation tailings are re-selected by spiral chute to obtain the middle mine and tail. mine. The process flow is shown in Figure 1:

The results in the table show, the sulfur in the iron ore slag pretreated under the same conditions, with a two-stage magnetic separation - can be ideal spiral chute sorting index joint process. The obtained concentrate grades are relatively high, 63.68% and 61.77%, respectively. The cumulative yield of concentrate I+ concentrate II is 63.46%, and the cumulative recovery rate is 78.08%. The content of S can also be reduced to less than 0.3%.
