It’s an honor to lead this incredible company and serve as your CEO. Over the past 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of watching Autodesk evolve and grow into the powerful organization it is today. I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved together. But our success has never come from one product, one strategy, or one big win—it’s been built on the hard work, creativity, and dedication of all of you, our amazing global team. With your passion, ideas, and talents, we’re ready to take Autodesk in exciting new directions. Autodesk’s journey has always been driven by innovation and strong execution. We started with a mission to change how design was documented, brought 3D design to the mainstream, and became a trusted technology leader. We were the first to bring design to the cloud, to mobile, and to the subscription model—and now, we're pushing the boundaries of making itself. The next chapter for Autodesk isn’t just about innovation in products or business models—it’s about combining both. We need to excel at everything, always with our customers in mind. To support their success, and ours, we will enhance not only our product experience but also the overall customer experience. We’ll continue delivering powerful tools that help people create a better world. As excited as I am about the future, today’s news comes with mixed emotions. Amar Hanspal has decided to leave the company, and while I’m sad to see him go, I deeply respect his decision. Amar and I have shared many challenges and successes over the years, and I truly appreciate his 30 years of service. He helped shape Autodesk into the company it is today, and I’m grateful for everything he’s done. In his absence, I’ve asked Scott Reese to lead the Product Development Group on an acting basis, and Lisa Campbell to take on the role of acting leader for Business Strategy & Marketing. I understand that saying goodbye to someone like Amar is never easy, and I’m committed to ensuring a smooth transition for everyone involved. Every day, I feel lucky to be part of Autodesk and to work with such a passionate team. I can’t wait to meet with our customers, partners, and investors in the coming months.
