Outdoor Patio Heaters
AEI is proud to be the exclusive distributor of Infratech heaters. Infratech is renowned for its comfort heating solutions, whether at home or in commercial settings. Using infrared heating technology, Infratech efficiently and effectively warms any desired area, indoors or outdoors.
Infratech's infrared heaters come in various models and mounting options, allowing you to customize your heating needs to perfection. We offer heaters with different heating capacities and a wide range of accessories to make operating your infrared heaters as effortless as possible.
Our infrared heaters can be mounted on walls either horizontally or vertically. Not every patio or outdoor gathering area has a ceiling or cover that allows for overhead heater installation. In such cases, Infratech heaters can be directly attached to your wall.
Being able to install an infrared heater on nearly any wall significantly expands your customization options. By wall-mounting, you can heat spaces that would otherwise be challenging or cumbersome to keep warm. If your wall allows, our heaters can even be flush-mounted onto your wall—this is quite rare due to several factors, but it is possible.
Conveniently, our infrared heaters can also be mounted on poles. This is particularly useful for patio areas where poles are located on the side opposite the house or building. Pole-mounted heaters let you avoid placing unsightly portable heaters that take up valuable floor space. Your pole could be part of a fence or a support beam for an overhead patio.
One of the most common mounting options; ceiling-mounted infrared heaters are typically the easiest to install, require minimal clearance, and feature a sleek design that blends seamlessly into any setting. When mounted to the ceiling, your heaters are completely out of the way, providing you with more floor space to use however you wish. Our heaters come in various strengths and can effectively heat areas from 7 to 11 feet away.
The most sought-after heater mounting option is the flush mount frame. A flush-mounted heater is essentially a heater installed into a recessed pocket so that it sits flush with your ceiling. This option is popular because it truly integrates the heater into your decor. The seamless, mounted heater looks fantastic, but this mounting option is much more complex to install.
A flush-mounted heater should only be installed by an experienced contractor or certified installer. For starters, a heater-resistant pocket must be created in the ceiling where you want your heater installed (it must have proper clearance from fans and/or other combustibles). Then, the flush mount frame for the heater needs to be installed inside the fire-resistant pocket. The heater is then installed to the frame inside the pocket, ensuring it is flush. Without following proper procedures or using the correct drywall thickness, operating the heater could pose a fire hazard. That’s why a flush-mounted heater should always be installed by a professional.

Compared to metal materials, plastics offer many advantages in cost, design, processing and performance. The inherent design freedom of plastic molding ensures more efficient gear manufacturing. Internal gears, gear sets, worm gears, etc. can be molded from plastic. Plastic gears have a wider application area than metal gears, so they push gears toward higher loads and greater power transmission.
