Over the decades, Autodesk has grown significantly, but our core values have remained unchanged. We believe that when used thoughtfully, technology can play a key role in solving some of the world’s most pressing challenges—whether it's reducing carbon emissions, improving public health, or creating more inclusive career opportunities for people everywhere. This mission is more vital than ever. As we look ahead, global issues like climate change and inequality demand bold action. In the short term, we’re also facing immediate challenges such as geopolitical tensions, inflation, supply chain disruptions, and a more distributed workforce—all of which impact economies and communities worldwide. I believe that in times like these, we must return to the basics: supporting our communities, building resilience, and focusing on positive societal outcomes. Last year, we launched our updated impact strategy. While we’ve made significant progress, there is still much work to be done. We have several levers to drive meaningful change across environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues: how we run our business, the solutions we offer to customers, and the collective effort to transform entire industries. Autodesk’s impact strategy includes how we improve our operations, partner with customers, and advance industries. This report outlines our approach and performance across these interconnected areas. Each part builds on the previous one. By better measuring and managing our own impacts, we are better equipped to help our customers do the same. And by delivering outcomes-driven solutions, we support broader industry transformation toward a more sustainable, resilient, and inclusive future. We understand that leading by example is essential. That’s why we are committed to making our operations more sustainable and inclusive. Our Carbon Fund supports our net-zero and renewable energy goals, and we recently doubled our internal carbon price to reflect current market rates. We're also making progress toward our three-year diversity and inclusion targets, while strengthening our governance and accountability structures across ESG issues. As we deepen our relationships with customers, we’re helping them build smarter solutions, connect data, and achieve the outcomes that matter most. This enables them to meet growing demands for net-zero buildings, resilient infrastructure, and sustainable product design. Last year, we enhanced our platform capabilities to scale impact even further. We introduced microclimate analysis tools, digital twin solutions, and new features to improve efficiency in construction. We also expanded our water management offerings and launched factory optimization tools for manufacturing. These innovations help customers reduce risk and respond to the urgent need for sustainable practices. Bristol Water has provided clean drinking water to its customers since 1846.
