Autodesk Appoints Rami Rahim to Board of Directors
SAN FRANCISCO, August 23, 2022 — PRNewswire — Autodesk, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADSK) has announced the addition of Rami Rahim to its Board of Directors, effective immediately. Rahim, who currently serves as CEO of Juniper Networks, a leading provider of secure, AI-powered networking solutions, brings a wealth of experience in technology and business leadership to the board.
Rahim joined Juniper Networks in 1997 during its early days and has since held various key roles, eventually becoming CEO in 2014. His journey with the company includes leadership positions such as Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Juniper Development and Innovation (JDI) organization, where he oversaw the company’s entire product and technology portfolio. He also led the Platform Systems Division and the Edge and Aggregation Business Unit before taking on the role of CEO.

Rahim holds a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from the University of Toronto and a Master of Science in the same field from Stanford University. He also completed an executive program at Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business. A recognized innovator, he is the inventor of 20 U.S. patents related to networking technologies and is a member of the IEEE.
