Announcing the AEC Excellence Awards 2018
The AEC Excellence Awards 2018 are officially open for submissions! This prestigious annual competition highlights the exceptional design and construction of both building and civil infrastructure projects worldwide, all while emphasizing the transformative power of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Autodesk software.
We’re thrilled to unveil the categories for this year's awards. Among the highlights is the brand-new "Innovator of the Year" award, which aims to honor an individual who is spearheading change in the design and construction industries through cutting-edge technology, collaboration, advocacy, and groundbreaking innovation. Additionally, the industry categories encompassing Infrastructure Design, Building Design, and Construction will celebrate projects of varying sizes—small, medium, and large.
Now in its sixth year, Autodesk is proud to partner with sponsors HP, Construction Dive, and Smart Cities Dive to bring you this incredible competition. First-place winners across all categories will receive a remarkable prize package, including a trip to Autodesk University Las Vegas 2018, an HP Z2 Mini Workstation, and an HP Z27n Display. The deadline for submissions is July 31, 2018. Finalists for each category will be revealed in September, with the winners announced at the AEC Excellence Awards ceremony in November during Autodesk University Las Vegas 2018—a gathering where visionary ideas and projects truly shine.
