The wind turbine manufacturing returns quickly and returns big. The Huarui Yandu Base has been put into production for more than a year and it has paid nearly 200 million yuan. It attracts energy giants with wind power resources, attracts equipment giants with energy giants, and then gathers accessories manufacturers. The number of wind power industries in different regions is similar. Professor Zheng Yuan of the College of Energy and Electrical Engineering at Hohai University expressed deep concern: “The technology of offshore wind turbines is extremely complicated. Europe has been engaged for decades and there are still many problems. The domestic wind turbine plant has introduced technology and has made 3 MW turbines in two or three years, but they have not been put into use at sea and how to use quality for question marks.” Cui Guangcheng, deputy general manager of Shanghai Taisheng Motor Co., Ltd., believes that domestically produced offshore wind turbines are “ Great Leap Forward Product." Even 1.5 MW wind turbines are not stable. Zhang Shuiqun said that the domestically-designed fan we used has a design life of 20 years, and 5 sets of gearboxes are broken in two years. Large wind turbines weigh hundreds of tons and are difficult to transport over long distances. The market has a small radius and sales of land are ideal. In the next ten years, Yancheng alone has exceeded the demand for offshore turbines in Jiangsu Province.

Impulse-distorted "market configuration"
