The literature believes that CaO in vanadium slag has a great influence on the conversion rate of calcination, because it is easy to form calcium insoluble calcium vanadate CaO-V2O5 or calcium-containing vanadium blue calcium with V2O5 during calcination, and the mass fraction of CaO increases by 1 %, it will bring about 4.7% to 9% of V2O5 loss.
