Sewage suction truck working principle: Because the suction hose is always immersed on the liquid surface, the air in the fecal tank is sucked and becomes thinner because it cannot be supplemented, resulting in the pressure in the tank being lower than the atmospheric pressure. 3, sewage discharge method:

After the separation of the mud and water, open the drain ball valve (10) to discharge the sewage and repeat the suction of the mud, and pressurize and drain quickly. The operation method is as follows:

(1) Place the four-way valve (5) shift lever in the “neutral” position, and then place the drain ball valve in the “on” position to reliably discharge gravity.

(2) When the four-way valve is switched to the discharge position, and the vacuum pump continues to work, the compressed air discharged into the tank will be quickly discharged.

(3) When the pressure is drained, the discharge ball valve should be opened before the plate-moving four-way valve (5) can be placed in the discharge position, so that the pressure inside the tank is too high, and accidents and affect the seal of the tank door are avoided.

(1) Depress the clutch, dial the pneumatic reversing valve (1) to the "open" position (liberate) or push the power-lift lever to operate the vertical rod (2) (east wind) to operate the oil pump.

(2) Open the ball valve (11) to discharge part of the sewage and reduce the pressure inside the tank to open it to the atmosphere.

(3) Loosen the tank door locking device (12), loosen the handle and safely remove the screw. ,

(4) Set the open/close lever of the manual valve (4) to “open”. Before opening, make sure that the pressure in the tank is equal to atmospheric pressure. If the tank door is opened under negative pressure, it will damage the tank door. Seals and cylinders.

(5) Set the manual change valve's tipping valve stem to the "up" position.

(6) Definite recovery after draining the sludge: Place the cylinder-turn cylinder lever in the “down” position, and check the following for safe descent:

A. Check the tank door flange and seal ring for dirt and brush it clean with a brush.

B. Place the tank door opening/closing bar “closed” and safely close the door leaf.

C. Insert the screw of the clamping device into the screw hole on the side of the tank and turn the handle until the door leaf is tight.
