Chemicals that may explode when exposed to heat, fire, friction, vibration, or impact are all included in the scope of the focus of hazardous chemicals. By the end of 2014, it will fully realize automatic monitoring, automatic alarming and continuous recording of important parameters such as temperature, pressure, liquid level, flow rate, and leakage of flammable and toxic gases from major dangerous sources of hazardous chemicals. At the same time, strengthen the design and safety management of dangerous chemicals production and storage devices. By the end of 2013, all non-formally designed in-service device safety design diagnostics will be completed.
