In order to promote the healthy development of the funeral industry, the Nanjing Municipal Price Bureau, together with the Civil Affairs Bureau and other units, issued detailed rules based on relevant laws and regulations.

The rules stipulate that before the sale of cemeteries, the cemetery's business operators must report the price of the tomb-type name, tomb-type material, and tomb price, and at the conspicuous place at the business site or charging point, according to the uniform price list form formulated by the competent department, publicize the price and Relevant factors: One tomb is priced at the price of external sales; funeral supplies are also marked with the name and price of the goods, and consciously accept the supervision of the price department and the society.

The rules also require a fee clearance and fee licensing system. The cemetery burial fees are collected in countless amounts, and are one-time charge items. No double charges shall be charged. The tomb management fees shall be charged on a yearly basis as billing units, and the one-time charge shall not exceed 20 years; the cemetery business units belonging to public institutions or non-corporate organizations It shall apply to the price department at the same level for a “license license”.

It is understood that the "Detailed Rules" will be formally implemented from November this year.
