When the intake pressure drops to 217 MPa, the No. 2 generator set is started 3 times by the machine side control box. After the generator is started twice, an abnormal sound is generated. The starter experiment is carried out on the No. 3 generator set by the machine side control box, and the diesel engine is started. An abnormal sound also occurred afterwards. When the intake pressure drops to 213 MPa, the generators next to the 1, 2, and 3 generator sets are started, each 10 times, all of which are normal, and the generator sets of 1, 2, and 3 are fully automatic and tested. No abnormal noise.
According to this, it can be considered that the cause of the problem is that the intake pressure of the gas starting circuit is too high, and the electromagnet valve core cannot be returned in time after the gas motor control valve electromagnet is de-energized, and the control gas pressure cannot be lowered, so that the gas is controlled. The motor pinion can not be withdrawn, so that the end face of the gas motor pinion and the end face of the diesel flywheel are rubbed and the hair is fluffed. It is inferred that the withstand voltage of the control solenoid valve of the air motor cannot meet the requirement of 3 MPa, causing the gear to be broken.
Starting test analysis When the intake pressure of the air motor exceeds the withstand voltage of the control solenoid valve, after the gas motor controls the electromagnet to be de-energized, the electromagnet spool cannot be returned in time, and the control gas is routed to the restriction function of the check valve 13 In the passage 25 and the air passage 10, there is still a small amount of compressed air driving the push rod 11, so that the exiting drive gear 20 is still slightly rubbed against the ring gear 23, and continues to rotate slowly with the rotary motor 15, which causes the front end of the drive gear 20 Wear or produce fluffing.
In order to further confirm the above inference, a pressure gauge was installed on the site No. 1 generator set, cylinder air pressure, and air motor control gas path, and a start test was performed.
(1) Open the air bottle valve, the air bottle pressure is 3 MPa, the air motor control gas path 3 pressure gauge A pressure is 3 MPa, the air motor control gas path 6 pressure gauge B pressure is 0 MPa, the air motor control gas path 10 pressure gauge C pressure It is 0MPa.
(2) Start the No. 1 generator set with the machine side control box, the gas motor control solenoid valve is energized, the air bottle pressure is 2195MPa, the pressure gauge A pressure is 2195MPa, the pressure gauge B pressure is 2165MPa, and the pressure gauge C pressure is 2185MPa; 3) After the diesel engine is started, the start button of the control box of the machine is released, the air motor control solenoid valve is de-energized, the air bottle pressure is 2195MPa, the pressure of the pressure gauge A is 2185MPa, the pressure of the pressure gauge B is 2165MPa, and the pressure of the pressure gauge C is 2185MPa; (4) After the diesel engine starts, it will make an abnormal sound, stop the parking check, and the gas-starting pinion and the diesel flywheel will be polished.
It can be seen from the above starting test results that after the diesel engine is started, the gas motor control solenoid valve is de-energized, and the pressure of the pressure gauge B is 2165 MPa (the normal pressure should be 0), which proves that the gas motor control electromagnet valve core is not returned in time. As a result, a small amount of compressed air is driven to push the push rod 11 in the control air passage 25 and the air passage 10, so that the exiting drive pinion 20 is still slightly rubbed against the ring gear 23, and continues to rotate slowly together with the rotary motor 15, which makes the drive gear The front end of the 20 causes wear and tearing.
