    (1) Physical output
The physical output refers to the actual weight of the product after the inspection of the product produced by the electric furnace in a certain period of time.
For example: 75% silicon iron physical output of the actual weight of qualified products containing Si in 72% to 80%.
    (2) Standard quantity
The amount of product in terms of the physical quantity converted into the specified standard component according to the main element contained is called the standard amount. Its calculation formula is:
Standard tons = actual product main elements (%) × product physical quantity (tons)
Product contains standard ingredients of major elements (%)
[Example 1] The standard component of 75% ferrosilicon is set at 75%, and the actual amount of ferrosilicon containing 73.5% of silicon is 100 tons. The standard quantity is:
73.5% × 100 tons = 98 tons

[Example 2] Standard ingredients manganese silicon alloy predetermined Mn + Si = 82%, containing conventional Mn63.3%, Si14.6% manganese silicon alloy 4.564 t physical quantity, the standard amount of:
(63.3%+14.6%)×4.564 (tons)=4.336 tons

Calculation instructions:
(1) The standard amount is to be calculated for each furnace iron alloy product.
(2) The number of decimal places reserved for the chemical composition of the product, which is based on the number of digits in the product standard.
(3) The output of the products reported by the enterprise shall be in the unit of “ton” and shall not retain the decimal (but when calculating the total industrial output value, it shall be calculated to kilograms).
