Sprinkler troubleshooting

Sprinklers general failure causes and troubleshooting methods:

First, the pump can not absorb water:

1 , the inlet pipe is not sealed : it should be checked paragraph by paragraph, to eliminate the fault of the leak;

2. The speed of the sprinkler engine is too low to reach the required vacuum :

Should adjust the throttle so that the speed is about 1700 rev / min;

3 , water absorption height is greater than the allowable water absorption height: water absorption vertical height should be less than 5 meters;

4. Serious plugging of water inlet pipeline : clear the pipeline and check the filter screen;

5 , pump oil seal damage, pump oil leakage affect the degree of vacuum : replace the seal;

Second, the water tank can not put water:

Sprinklers are too dirty, the filter is clogged, and ice builds up in winter. The water tank should be flushed, the filter cleaned, the debris removed, and the ice melted with hot water or hot air.
