KR-939SB3 type integrated three-parameter (oil temperature, oil level, vibration) combination probe is a general-purpose combined probe with non-bus structure in the safety monitoring system of Xinli KR-939 series cooling tower fan. It can be directly connected with the "KR-939B3 fan safety monitor" to achieve single device monitoring. Can also be connected with a variety of general secondary instruments, or computer data acquisition and measurement and control systems (DCS, PLC, etc.).
This type of combined probe applied to the safe operation monitoring of the fan speed reducer integrates sensing, conversion, and transmission circuits for measuring oil temperature, oil level, and vibration signals, and directly outputs 4 to 20 mA corresponding to these safety parameters. The standard current signal can be connected with various general-purpose secondary instruments or computer digital acquisition monitoring systems.
The probe temperature measurement uses platinum resistance sensor and semiconductor integrated device; the oil level measurement adopts the principle of thermal conduction sensing; the magnetoelectric sensor used for vibration measurement can directly obtain the speed signal of mechanical vibration, through the amplifier and band pass filter.
