1 Overview

The site selection should be based on the investigation and research and occupy the necessary information to carry out multi-program technical and economic comparison. Calculate the capital investment and annual operating expenses for each program. Calculations are usually made only on comparable items, and the same items are not counted, which saves work.

2. Content and method of site comparison

The comparison of the site plans can be carried out by referring to Table 26.4.1 and Table 2 (3.4.2 contents and methods.) After the site plan comparison is completed, the site selection report can be prepared.

3. Content of the site selection report

The contents of the site selection report should include the following aspects. A Preface describes the instructions and requirements of the leading agency and the construction unit for selecting the site; the basic data to be based; the size of the concentrator and the possible production processes; the site selection process and organization. Brief description of each site plan C Technical comparison of each site plan D Comprehensive analysis and recommendation of the best plan E Local authorities' comments on the recommended site F The annexes are as follows: (1) Recommended beneficiation, site, tailings Agreements on land occupation, demolition and other cooperative relationships in residential areas, etc. (2) Geographical traffic location maps of various site plans, tailings, residential areas, and water sources. (3) Schematic diagram of the preliminary layout of the general plan of each site plan, which shows the outline layout of each major production workshop, auxiliary production vehicle and administrative welfare facilities; the connection relationship with the national iron and highway, the input and output of the main production raw materials and finished products Supply and drainage, power supply and the direction of import and export of tailings pipelines. The characteristics of each site plan are reflected by the layout diagram.
