CTG Mini Dry Magnetic Drum Separators consist of four main parts: the cylinder, magnetic system, cell, and transmission mechanism. The cylinder is made of 2-3mm welded and bent stainless steel, with a forged aluminum cover connected by stainless bolts. The magnetic system features a ring-shaped closed magnetic circuit with copper tubing coils that are internally cooled by water. Grooved plates made of magnetic conductive stainless steel serve as the magnetic matrix. This separator offers a short magnetic circuit, minimal magnetic flux leakage, high magnetic intensity, low energy consumption, a simple structure, and easy maintenance.

Working principle
When materials pass through the permanent magnetic drum, magnetic particles are attracted to the drum surface and discharged through the magnetic product area. Meanwhile, non-magnetic particles are ejected from the drum surface due to centrifugal force and gravity and discharged through the non-magnetic product area.
