The Steel Cord Stripper is an essential tool used to prepare steel cord conveyor belts for splicing. It removes the rubber cover efficiently, allowing for a smoother and more accurate vulcanization process. The system includes cutting, pulling, and sliding units, along with an electrical winch for smooth operation.

This machine is ideal for use in industrial environments where conveyor belts are frequently repaired or replaced. It supports cable pitches ranging from 10–25mm and cable diameters between 4.9–13.2mm. The rubber cover thickness can be up to 12mm on the running side and 25mm on the carrying side, with a total belt thickness of up to 40mm.
