Ctg Mini Dry Magnetic Drum Separators mainly consists of four parts: cylinder, magnetic system, cell, and transmission. The cylinder is made from 2-3mm welded and bent stainless steel, with forged aluminum plates at the ends connected by stainless bolts. The magnetic system is a ring-shaped closed magnetic circuit with copper tubing coils that are internally cooled. Grooved magnetic conductive stainless steel plates serve as the magnetic matrix. This separator features a short magnetic circuit, minimal flux leakage, high magnetic intensity, low energy consumption, simple structure, and easy maintenance.

Working principle
