1) Working principle. The motor is driven by the V-belt to drive the rotor to rotate counterclockwise at a high speed. The material enters the crusher cavity from the feed port, and is struck by the high-speed rotating plate hammer, and rebounds to the tooth-shaped counterattack plate on the first counter-attack plate at the top of the crushing cavity. The crusher adopts a welded casing, and the upper casing is provided with two heavy counterattack plates, each of which is adjustable and suspended on the hinge shaft. The counterattack plate is a gravity suspension, and the opening is set by the adjustment lever. This design feature avoids the use of spring mechanisms with more faults.
