1 crushing process

The barite is brittle and brittle. Therefore, the crushing process mainly adopts a simple and practical jaw crusher . The two-stage crushing process is used to crush the mined barite, so that it can reach the effective size range of the jig. A piece of crushing is recommended to use PE400*600 jaw crusher, and the second section of crushing is recommended to use PEF250*1000 fine jaw crusher.

After a piece of crushing, the product is conveyed by a belt conveyor to a second-stage fine jaw crusher for re-crushing to meet the selected grain size requirements of the subsequent sorting equipment. Since the customer requires no dust during the production process, it is recommended to add water properly in the crushing process to reduce the dust generated when the crusher works.

2 screening process

Jig sorting requires strict material size, and is generally required to be graded to achieve better beneficiation index and higher processing capacity. Therefore, in the barite re-election process, a screening process is required to screen the crushed product. According to the treatment, the crushed products are divided into different grades to enter the jig for jigging sorting.

The screening process adopts a circular vibrating screen with large processing capacity, high screening efficiency and simple and practical. This type of vibrating screen has low failure rate, large processing capacity, high screening efficiency and easy operation. It is an ideal equipment for barite ore screening. . Since the screening process also produces a certain amount of dust, it is recommended to set up hydration in the process to reduce the generation of dust.

3 buffer process

The jig needs uniform and stable feeding amount when working normally. Therefore, it is better to set up the mechanism and equipment for buffering before the jig, such as silo and vibrating feeder. The function of the silo is to avoid the work of the previous equipment. The quantity is suddenly large and small, and there is a certain amount of material in the medium, and the function of the vibrating feeder is to uniformly and stably feed the jig material. The existence of these two auxiliary equipment is crucial for the normal and efficient operation of the subsequent jig. Important role.

The silo of No. 1-4 adopts the silo of 15m3, and the silo of No. 5 adopts the silo of 25m3. For the convenience of transportation, the silo designed and produced by our factory is a combined detachable silo. The vibrating feeders all use the GZ3 electromagnetic vibrating feeder.

4 jigging sorting process

According to the customer's request, we use two types of jigs to sort the crushed barite materials. Because of the inevitable production of fine materials during the crushing process, it is recommended to use two types of jigs. The coarse and fine materials are separately sorted. The No. 1-4 jig uses a coarse-grain AM30 jig for processing 10-30mm coarse-grain barite ore, and the No. 5 jig uses 2LTC-6109/8T jig to handle 0-10mm fine Granite barite ore.

The concentrate produced by the No. 1-4 jig is transferred into the 10-30mm grain-level concentrate pool through pipes or chutes, and the concentrate produced by the No. 5 jig is transferred into the 0-10mm grain-level concentrate pool. The tailings produced by all jigs are remitted to the tailings pond and deposited by forklifts or conveyors.

5 dehydration process

Since the customer requires mechanical dewatering, the dewatering process can be dewatered with the simplest sedimentation. It is also possible to design a suitable mechanical dewatering solution according to requirements.

6 water circulation process

The jig has a large amount of water and generally uses circulating water. Therefore, it is necessary to design a water circulation scheme according to the specific conditions of the customer's site to ensure the normal and effective process.
