According to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, from January to September 2015, the cumulative production of new energy vehicles was 156,200. Among them: pure electric commercial vehicles produced 39,700 units, an increase of nearly 7 times. Plug-in hybrid commercial vehicles produced 12,600 units, a year-on-year increase of 75%. The number of new energy commercial vehicles promoted accounted for 33.5% of the total new energy vehicle promotion. The rapid development of new energy commercial vehicles is inseparable from the government's policy support and subsidies. For example, in 2015, Beijing's pure electric special vehicles subsidized 1,800 yuan per kWh, and the total subsidy per vehicle did not exceed 135,000 yuan. The pure electric special vehicle in Jiangsu Province has a battery capacity of 800 yuan per kWh, and the total subsidy per vehicle is up to 60,000 yuan.
