It is reported that the "Snow Dragon" ship maintenance and renovation project in the dock is carried out in two stages. From May 6th to July 8th, the maintenance personnel carried out the dismantling of the shaft, propeller and rudder system of the "Snow Dragon" ship in the dock, and carried out coating and anti-corrosion treatment on the hull, and carried out the seabed. From August 15th to August 23rd, it is the second phase of the dock project that has just finished, including equipment maintenance and reloading of the tail shaft, propeller, rudder blade, and scientific research equipment. It is learned from the China Polar Research Center that the next phase of the "Snow Dragon" ship will complete the mooring test at the terminal, and all systems will be improved, including the integrity of all systems including main engines, generators, auxiliary machinery, electrical systems, and communication systems.
