and sending the information to the collector. The mechanical water meters are
the whole integrated design. The mechanical water meters can record the water
consumption and save the data at the real time. In the meanwhile, they can read
the accumulated values. Each mechanical water meter has one code. When they
receive the reading order from the collector, the mechanical water meters can
send the data to the management system.
