Qiaoxing (Astar) radiator aluminum and copper stripper & separator machine is a high-efficiency, stable-performance equipment designed to extract and separate copper and aluminum from scrap radiators. This advanced recycling machine is ideal for processing both single-layer and double-layer radiator fins. It comes with three blade center distances: 19mm, 21mm, and 25mm, allowing it to handle radiators with copper tube spacing of 19mm, 21mm, or 25mm. The scrap radiator fin should be smoothly fed into the machine, and after processing, the copper pipes and aluminum foil will be automatically discharged. Once separated, the copper tubes remain intact, while the aluminum foil becomes irregular fragments.
