In 2012, the village post office will be established

On December 3, the Zhejiang Provincial Government organized the establishment of 11 city-level postal administrations in Hangzhou. Feng Zhenglin, Deputy Minister of Transport, and Ma Junsheng, Member of the Party Leadership Group, Director of the State Post Bureau, and Wang Jianman, Deputy Governor of Zhejiang Province jointly unveiled the Zhejiang Provincial Postal Administration. Prior to this, the postal administration agencies at or below the provincial level in other parts of the country were established one after another, and the establishment of postal supervision agencies nationwide at the provincial level was basically completed.

Ma Junsheng pointed out that after the unveiling of the 11 municipal postal administrations, the postal administrative departments at both the Zhejiang and the municipal level must continue to promote the follow-up improvement of the postal supervision system in a solid and effective manner; they must strengthen communication and coordination with relevant departments and speed up their integration into the local economy and society. To develop the overall situation; to rely on the “big traffic” platform, continue to promote the deep integration of transportation and postal industry; to effectively guarantee the effective implementation of universal postal services and special services, strengthen supervision and management of the postal market, maintain postal communications and information security, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of users. It is necessary to strengthen policy guidance, further transform functions, better serve the healthy development of enterprises, better serve economic and social development, and better serve people's needs.

It is reported that the establishment of 11 municipal postal administration bureaus will promote Zhejiang postal industry management from two levels to three levels, shorten the postal service radius, facilitate the separation of government and enterprises, and strengthen industry supervision. The local postal administration department will work with local governments and postal companies to manage village postal stations so as to achieve the goal of establishing postal stations in villages in 2012 and to cover postal universal services to every established village in the province.
