In order to further promote the development of the new energy automobile industry, the four ministries and commissions decided to organize the pilot and acceptance of demonstration and promotion of energy-saving and new energy vehicles. The four ministries will form an acceptance component in the middle and late December to go to the pilot city for on-the-spot assessment. The acceptance team consists of four ministries and related experts. The pilot city report should include the overall completion of the demonstration and promotion objectives; the development of local energy conservation and new energy vehicles and related parts and components; the promotion of local energy conservation and emission reduction effects and the analysis of economic, environmental and social benefits. In addition, the report should also include demonstration of the number of vehicles, application areas and vehicle categories, operation and safety management of product demonstration operations, as well as organizational implementation, supporting facilities, and fund management.
