Delfast is set to launch its most exciting e-bike yet—Fusion. Designed for extreme riding and tough terrains, this new model brings a fresh level of performance and versatility to the market. With a powerful motor, high-capacity battery, and advanced engineering, Fusion is expected to hit the shelves by the end of 2020.

The Fusion features low-pressure tires that make it an ideal all-terrain fat bike, capable of handling sand, snow, and everything in between. Despite its robust design, the bike remains lightweight, with the frame weighing just 32 kg (70 lbs) and each battery adding only 4 kg (9 lbs). This balance of strength and agility makes it perfect for off-road adventures.

Fusion also offers a unique dual-battery system, allowing users to double their range and extend their rides. Both batteries are removable and can be charged separately. Additional batteries can be purchased separately or added at the time of purchase. With a single battery, the bike can travel up to 32 miles, and with two, it can go as far as 70 miles.

This is Delfast’s first use of a mid-drive motor, which provides greater torque and efficiency thanks to its central placement. The belt drive system ensures smoother and more reliable performance compared to traditional chains. In addition, the team is already working on a 2X2 two-wheel drive version of the Fusion, promising even more power and control. The motor delivers up to 1500W, allowing speeds of up to 31 mph (50 km/h), making it one of the most powerful e-bikes on the market.
