MACHINE INTRODUCTION
The MG-C700 is a newly developed paper cup machine that can produce up to 65-75 pieces per minute. This advanced paper converting equipment features a multi-station design, allowing it to manufacture single and double PE-coated beverage cups, ice cream cups, coffee cups, bubble tea cups, and more. The integrated automatic paper container forming machine combines all the essential processes, including paper feeding, sealing, bottom cutting, lubricating, heating, knurling, and collecting.

A. The machine uses an open cam structure, offering high precision, large output, and long service life.
 
B. Longitudinal gear drive ensures smooth operation and eliminates the instability of chain drives.
 
C. The entire machine has a box-type structure with spray lubrication, enabling fast and stable operation.
 
D. A photoelectric failure-detecting system is included, along with a PLC control system for the entire cup-forming process.
 
E. Servo-controlled bottom paper delivery ensures accurate placement when the cup tube arrives, otherwise no bottom is delivered.
 
F. A stretch knife is used for bottom cutting, making it easy to change and more stable.
 
G. Equipped with a Swiss Leister heating device for sealing the cup body and bottom, ensuring efficient heating and perfect knurling.
 
H. The knurling device undergoes hardening treatment, resulting in more attractive cups and longer service life.
