1. Control mode selection is controlled by VF.

Terminal control is required as the command source. Two-wire terminal control: Only one forward command FWD (COM-FWD input) frequency source is controlled by the PLC.

The maximum operating speed is generally 24000r/min, and the inverter's operating frequency is 400Hz (2-grade high-speed motor). The minimum cutting speed is 2000r/min. We can use 650Hz non-standard to meet its requirements.

Acceleration and deceleration time according to the customer's own needs, generally 20 ~ 30s, due to the higher speed of the operation, so you need to install an external braking unit, fault signal output signal and fault reset signal (RST, TA-TC input).

2, the performance requirements of engraving machine

In the full speed range, the speed fluctuation is small and the low speed torque is large, which can ensure low speed cutting. The time of acceleration and deceleration is as short as possible. From the debugging results of the flying crane engraving machine, the lowest cutting speed can be 500 r/min or less. Inverter can do multi-stage VF curve, which can well control the different torque boost of high and low speed, so it can well meet the requirements of high-speed engraving machine.
