Recently, China Mobile launched a new energy electric vehicle self-service time-sharing project at its headquarters. Zhang Shiliang, Director of the Energy Management Department of the State Administration Bureau, and Xue Taohai, Vice President of China Mobile Communications Corporation, jointly launched the launch of the New Energy Self-Service Time-Sharing Leasing Project. The first phase of China Mobile's headquarters project used 19 charging piles and 10 electric vehicles.
Adhering to the development concept of “innovation, coordination, green, openness and sharing”, we actively responded to the development strategy of new energy vehicles. In December 2015, China Mobile launched the construction of new energy vehicle time-sharing projects at its headquarters and some units in Beijing. The project adopts green travel and personal payment market-based leasing services, and self-service through mobile app is a specific application of “Internet +”, which helps to improve the efficiency of the company. China Mobile introduced Beiqi Green Line New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. to provide time-sharing leasing projects for electric vehicles, and Beiqi Special Call New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. provided charging services.
The new energy vehicle time-sharing leases the whole process self-help, the employee signs a service agreement to register as a user, and realizes the vehicle reservation, pick-up, control and returning services through the mobile phone app operation, and real-time settlement of the expenses after returning the vehicle. The employee's own vehicle is charged, and the vehicle is charged by the App. The relevant charging cost is borne by the employee and is settled in real time, including electricity and service fees.
The new energy auto self-service leasing project is a new type of car rental service based on the "Internet +" thinking mode. It is based on the Internet of China Mobile and other communication industries, and realizes the interconnection of new energy vehicles. The construction of self-service time-sharing leasing projects for new energy vehicles is conducive to the rapid and convenient travel of China Mobile employees, which is conducive to promoting and practicing the concept of energy conservation and environmental protection, and is conducive to promoting the next step of official vehicle reform.
