The inspection layer is constructed according to the design specifications, and the construction period is measured for a period of time to prevent missed work due to rework. In the case of Shangyu, the pilots worked with the class to test the sulfur, anchor, and sleeper masts one by one in a timely manner. The fourth was to follow the overall construction plan of the team, plan ahead, and quickly follow up. The various sections, points, and structures of the construction and the laboratory were quickly put in place and all work was completed in time, providing an important guarantee for the smooth construction.

The construction process was well controlled, and the quality of the project naturally went up. Since the start of the work, the three teams have been in a good state of control, and they have been highly evaluated by the owners and supervisors. The quality of the project has been guaranteed, reducing the delay period caused by rework, and greatly promoting the rapid construction of the construction.
