1. Application and Feature  This machine is designed to separate materials that have the same size but different specific gravity. It achieves excellent results in separating materials of different specific gravities after pre-cleaning and grading. By using this separator, you can effectively remove bud seeds, moldy grains, blighted grains, smut grains, immature grains, broken seeds, and stones. The cleaned grains and seeds show a significant improvement in thousand seed weight, cleanliness, germination rate, and uniformity. It is suitable for various types of cereal grains such as coffee beans, cocoa beans, peanuts, corn, beans, rice, wheat, sesame, sorghum, and more. 2. Main Structure of Gravity Separator 1. The blow-type grain separating machine consists of a material feeding system, vibrating screen system, air adjusting system, and power drive system. 2.1. Material Feeding System: The material feeding hopper is connected with the discharge outlet of the bucket elevator to ensure continuous and even feeding of materials. 2.2. Vibrating Screen System: Two layers of sieve panels are fixed on a special wooden frame. The wooden frame is connected to the vibrating frame by bolts. The vibrating frame is connected to the air chamber via canvas. This allows for effective air control during the separation process. The vibrating screen system is the key part of the blow-type gravity separator. A metal rib is fixed on top of the vibrating screen to help heavy materials move upwards. Two dam boards are set on the discharge outlet to separate different grades of materials (fine materials, recycled materials, and defective goods). On the opposite side of the feeding hopper, there is a stone outlet. The vibrating screens are fixed on the vibrating frame by bolts and can be removed for cleaning, repair, or replacement when necessary.  The vibrating frame is supported by four groups of spring strips. These spring strips are fixed on the spring support plate. The dip angle of the vibration screen is adjusted by bolts on the sloping steel angle. The vibration screen undergoes reciprocating vibrations through the eccentric gear.  2.3. Air Adjusting System: The air adjusting system consists of an air casing, air shield, and air adjusting handle. Air is sucked in by the air casing from the air holes on the machine base seat and is discharged into the air chamber. The air is evenly distributed over the vibrating screen through a wire netting. Air volume is controlled by the air shield using the air adjusting handle. Turning down the air inlet reduces the air volume, while turning it up increases the air volume.  2.4. Power Drive System: The power drive system includes two motors and four V-belts. The main motor drives the draft fan through two V-belts. The frequency motor drives the eccentric shaft to make the vibration screen reciprocate through a connecting rod. The vibration frequency is adjusted using a frequency transformer.    3. Working Principle and Processing Based on the difference in specific gravity between fine grains and bad grains, the material and working table move relative to each other due to the reciprocating vibration of the screen. Materials of different specific gravity are separated by the airflow from the air chamber. The material falls onto the gravity separator's working table from the bucket elevator. Under the effect of reciprocating vibration and air flow, materials with high specific gravity sink to the bottom and come into contact with the screen surface. Due to friction, these materials move upward and slide down along the slope of the screen to the fine material zone and are discharged from the outlet. Materials with low specific gravity float on the material surface. Under the action of air force and gravity, they move toward the defective material zone and are discharged from the outlet. The remaining material, considered as recycled material, is discharged from the middle outlet back to the bucket elevator to begin a new screening process. 4.
