The 5XZC-3B Air-Screener is the smallest model in the 5XZC series, designed for a wide range of seed types. This compact air-screen cleaner is ideal for small-scale seed production and breeding plots. Its versatility comes from the wide selection of sieves, making it suitable for almost any crop.
The machine operates based on aerodynamics and the difference in surface speed between seeds and impurities. Light impurities are sucked into the ejection chamber, while heavier seeds are transferred to a vibrating screen. The two-layer sieve system allows for three separate outlets: one for large impurities, one for small impurities, and one for clean seeds. This ensures efficient sorting and cleaning.
