If any damage or malfunction occurs due to quality issues, the seller will replace the defective parts with new ones. This warranty also includes performance functions as defined in the offer. Any defects must be reported in writing along with photos of the damaged parts. The seller will address such issues within 15 days of receiving the information.
The seller does not guarantee spare parts that are easily worn or damaged. However, they will provide these parts at reasonable or agreed-upon prices. The seller is not liable for faults caused by improper operation or electrical failures.
Service Conditions:
1) When the seller sends engineers to the buyer's location for installation, commissioning, and training, the buyer must cover all related expenses, including tickets and accommodation for the engineers.
2) Within one week of receiving the information, the seller will send qualified personnel to supervise installation, commissioning, and training.
3) If the buyer requires after-sales service, they must cover all related costs, including round-trip tickets, accommodation, transportation, and labor costs for the engineers.
4) The buyer must arrange a Chinese-speaking translator when the seller's engineer performs on-site services.
