Introduction

The Gantry Welding Machine is specifically designed for the welding of automobile beams and is widely used in construction steel structures, automotive crossbeams, and engineering machinery "H/I" beam production. It features a centralized control system and is composed of a gantry frame, two sets of MZ-1000 submerged arc welding power supplies, two horizontal electric mobile sliders, two electric hanging heads, two automatic tracking mechanisms, two flux recovery machines, and a control system. This machine ensures high efficiency and excellent welding quality, making it an ideal solution for welding H-type and I-beams.

Service

Warranty: 12 months from the date of Bill of Lading. The seller will be responsible for the normal operation of the entire machine during this period. If defects occur due to quality issues, the seller will replace the faulty parts with new ones. The warranty also covers the performance functions as specified in the offer. In case of any defect, the buyer must inform the seller in writing along with photos of the damaged parts. The seller will resolve the issue within 15 days of receiving the information.
The seller does not guarantee spare parts that are easily worn or damaged. However, they will provide these parts at reasonable or agreed-upon prices. The seller will not be liable for faults caused by improper operation or electrical failures.
Service Conditions: 1. When the seller sends engineers to the buyer's site for installation, commissioning, and training, the buyer must cover all related costs, including tickets and accommodation for the engineers. 2. The seller will send qualified personnel within one week of receiving the information to supervise the installation, commissioning, and training. 3. If the buyer requires after-sales service, they must cover all associated costs, such as round-trip tickets, accommodation, transportation, and labor costs for engineers. 4. When the seller's engineer performs services on-site, the buyer must arrange a Chinese-speaking translator for the engineer.
