1, the shaft power increased dramatically

2, pump noise or vibration abnormalities

Reason: pump and motor are not the heart; gears and pumps do not have the same heart or gap; the pump has gas; the installation height is too large, the pump produces cavitation

3, the pump does not absorb oil

Cause: Suction management blockage or air leaks; inhalation height exceeds allowed suction vacuum height; motor reversal; medium viscosity is too large

4, gear pump oil shortage

Cause: Blocked or leaked suction line; Serious wear and tear on gears and pump; Insufficient motor speed; Solenoid valve spring too loose or disc valve and valve seat misaligned

5, pressure gauge pointer fluctuations

Reason: the suction pipe leakage; safety valve is not adjusted or the working pressure is too large, so that when the safety valve open

6, the pump body fever

Cause: Severe pump friction; back to the mechanical seal plug hole; oil temperature is too high
