Warranty: 12 months from the date of Bill of Lading. During this period, the seller is responsible for the proper functioning of the entire machinery. If any defects are found due to machine quality, the seller will replace the faulty parts with new ones. The warranty also covers the performance functions outlined in the offer. In case of any issues, the buyer must inform the seller in writing along with photos of the damaged components. The seller will address the issue within 15 days of receiving the information. Note that the seller does not cover wear-and-tear parts or damage caused by improper operation or electrical failures.
Service Conditions:
1) When the seller sends engineers to the buyer's location for installation, commissioning, and training, the buyer is responsible for all related expenses, including travel and accommodation for the engineers.
2) The seller will send qualified personnel within one week of receiving the request to supervise installation, commissioning, and training.
3) If after-sales service is required, the buyer will bear all costs, including round-trip tickets, accommodation, transportation, and labor fees for the engineers.
4) The buyer must provide a Chinese-speaking translator when the seller’s engineer performs on-site services.
