Hydraulic transmission system: The engine power taken out by the power takeoff is converted into hydraulic energy ( displacement and pressure ) , and then the motor output is mechanical energy ( speed and torque ) to provide power for the rotation of the mixer drum. 3. Stirring tank: The mixing drum is the key component of the entire mixing truck and is a container for storing concrete, which plays a decisive role in preventing the concrete from solidifying and segregating. The inside of the tank has blades, which mainly play the role of stirring and guiding . 4 , the discharge system: mainly by the main discharge chute, vice unloading trough, locking rods and other components, vice unloading chute to extend the length of the main discharge chute. 5. Cleaning system: The cleaning system is mainly composed of pressure water tank, water gun, water pipe and valve. The use of air pressure water supply, the main role is to rinse the hopper after loading and unloading the material is completed and rinse the mixing tube, unloading tank to prevent concrete bonding.
