China's largest anthracite coal group expands its coal chemical project Mingshui Dahua Group's listing operation

On June 26th, Shandong Mingshui Dahua Group, located in Zhangqiu City, Shandong Province, held a listing ceremony and announced the successful cooperation between the group and Shanxi Jincheng Coal Industry Group. This is the first coal chemical cooperation project in China's largest anthracite coal group in Shandong.

Shandong Mingshui Dahua Group is the predecessor of Mingshui Chemical Fertilizer Plant. It was the first small nitrogenous fertilizer company in Shandong Province. It was founded in 1958 and produced 220,000 tons of synthetic ammonia last year. In order to become bigger and stronger and fundamentally solve the problem of coal resources, the group discussed cooperation matters with the Shanxi Coal Group two years ago and negotiated success at the beginning of this month. The two corporate cooperation models are joint ventures and cooperation. After the reassessment of the assets of the Mingshui Dahua Group, the Jinmei Coal Group held a 35% stake on the basis of total net assets. It was the largest shareholder of the newly established Shandong Mingshui Dahua Group, and it will have the first 62.41 million at the beginning of this month. Yuan funds are invested in the group account.

Jinmei Coal Group is the largest anthracite coal enterprise in China. Last year, the output reached 30 million tons, of which 40% of the main mine's output was used for chemical production. The group began implementing a coal chemical development plan three years ago. Gao Yubin, deputy general manager of Jinmei Coal Group, believes that as the largest chemical coal production base in the country, only the development of the chemical fertilizer industry can promote the healthy development of the Shanxi Coal Group.

After cooperating with the Jinmei Group, the production coal of Mingshui Dahua will be guaranteed, and the price per ton will be more than 100 yuan lower than the market price. Only this one, Mingshui Dahua Group, which uses 300,000 tons of coal per year, will greatly reduce costs. As the National Development and Reform Commission granted the Mingshui Dahua Group 100 million yuan in funds for the technical reform of ammonia in the first half of this year, together with the RMB 61.41 million in funds injected by the Jinmei Group for the first time, the Mingshui Dahua Group is currently well-funded. It is reported that Mingshui Dahua Group's 180,000 tons of synthetic ammonia 300,000 tons of urea project has entered the construction phase, the project team has entered the construction site, completed and put into production in June next year. By then, urea production in Mingshui Dahua will reach 600,000 tons, and it will enter the ranks of large nitrogenous fertilizers.

It is also understood that on June 28th, the second coal chemical cooperation project of Shanxi Coal Group in Shouguang Union Chemical Industry Group will be listed again. Jinmei Coal Group's total output of synthetic ammonia will reach 2 million tons, accounting for nearly one-tenth of the total amount of synthetic ammonia in the country.

Curing Agent

Curing agents, also known as hardeners, are essential components of many polymer systems, including Epoxy Resins. Curing agents react with the epoxy resin to form a three-dimensional crosslinked network, resulting in a cured polymer with improved mechanical properties, chemical resistance, and thermal stability.

There are several types of curing agents, each with its own unique properties and applications. The most common type is amine-based curing agents, which react with the epoxy functional group to form a secondary amine and an alcohol. This reaction is exothermic and can be accelerated by heat, making it ideal for high-temperature applications.

Another type of curing agent is anhydride-based, which react with the epoxy group to form a cyclic acid anhydride and a hydroxyl group. These curing agents are typically used in applications where water resistance is critical, such as marine coatings and adhesives.

Other types of curing agents include phenolic, acid, and catalytic curing agents. Phenolic curing agents are used in high-temperature applications, while acid curing agents are used in low-temperature applications. Catalytic curing agents are used to accelerate the curing process and are typically used in combination with other curing agents.

The choice of curing agent depends on the specific application requirements, such as cure time, cure temperature, and final properties of the cured polymer. It is important to choose the correct curing agent to ensure that the final product meets the desired specifications.

In summary, curing agents are essential components of many polymer systems, including epoxy resins, and play a critical role in improving the mechanical, chemical, and thermal properties of the cured polymer. The choice of curing agent depends on the specific application requirements and must be carefully considered to ensure the final product meets the desired specifications.
