2 Practical application The combustion optimization of the boiler of the 600MW unit of Tongliao Power Plant targets the highest boiler efficiency, the lowest NOx emission, and the lowest dynamic operating cost of the boiler. The combustion optimization system and the DCS are connected using a 485 serial interface. The Modbus protocol is used for data communication. The combustion optimization system obtains the boiler operating data from the DCS and then sends the optimized data obtained from the optimization calculation to the DCS for combustion adjustment. Select five controlled variables of boiler efficiency, NOx emission concentration, carbon content of fly ash, power consumption of fan plant, and boiler operating cost; overcorrection of oxygen content in flue gas, setting of primary air (7), and secondary air damper Degree correction (11), correction of coal supply (7), wind temperature correction of coal mill outlet (7), burner swing angle (2) as control variables; coal quality, load, ambient temperature Disturbance variables.

The test was carried out with unit loads of 600, 500, and 400 MW. 3 Application results Under the 600MW and 400MW load of the unit, two sets of parallel working conditions were performed on the combustion-optimized control system. A total of 4 test conditions were compared to the performance test; the data was collected after the stable operation of the unit under the reference conditions and the data was collected. The combustion optimization system collects new operating condition data after the system is stabilized as a set of comparative data. The test adopts the American ASMPTC4.1 standard, referring to GB10184-88 "Plant Boiler Performance Test Regulations". The boiler efficiency test results before and after the boiler combustion optimization system are shown in Table 1. The boiler NOx and emission test data are shown in Table 2.



From Table 1 and Table 2, it can be seen that under the load of 600 and 400 MW of the unit, after the combustion optimization control system is put into operation, the boiler efficiency has increased by 30.58% and 0.41% respectively, and the measured NOx emission has been reduced by 123.5. , 123.8mg/m3, the decline was 12.9%, 11.2%, the optimization effect is significant.
