The basic path of interference is the interference of electromagnetic waves in the air and the conducted interference of the power grid. The electromagnetic auxiliary radiation generated by various electrical equipment in the field is transmitted to the receiving circuit through the space. The degree of interference experienced by the receiving circuit is proportional to the intensity of the interference at the location. The external device relay, the spark discharge of the contactor, the disconnection and the pull-in of the electromagnetic clutch are a typical source of radiation interference. The automatic CNC punching machine is connected to the external equipment through the power supply line. The start and stop of the external equipment generate large changes in current and voltage, causing the ground potential to change, generating strong noise, which is invaded through the power grid. In the electric welding machine, the noise generated on the AC power supply is 10 to 100 times that of the noise when they are not working. When the large-capacity motor on the press and other machine tools is started or stopped, the noise generated on the AC power supply is 10 to 30 times that of normal. The punching action of the crank press slider is completed by the operating mechanism controlled by the electromagnet to control the clutch. The lubrication of the crank press is lubricated by the timed lubrication pump. Field tests have shown that the action of the electromagnet and the opening of the lubrication pump have the greatest interference to the control system, and they generate interference signals on the synchronous signal line, causing malfunction of the workbench.
